Spring is off to a fabulous start here at QCT. Our touring production of Impressions of Yesterday has been out on the road for several weeks already; both casts are having a great time sharing this story of art and innovation throughout the Tri-States. They’ll be on the road through June 12th, you can view a schedule of public performances here.
Registration is now open for our 2018 summer classes! Our summer lineup includes some great titles, and features 10 instructors. There’s really something for everyone. You can get a brochure at QCT or register online here.
And, of course, we’re gearing up for the summer production of Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are in a Play!”. I’ve been in love with the stories of Mo Willems since I got to work on Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical in my days at the Rose. Now I’m delighted to bring the stories of Elephant and Piggie to life with my students! This show is extra special because we’re doing a sensory-friendly performance on June 16, and learning about how to make that happen has been an enriching experience. Performances are June 14-17, and tickets go on sale here on May 21. It’s going to be a fun, high-energy show that families will be able to enjoy together.
