So I’m all settled in in Omaha, and have started my teaching artist internship with the Omaha Theater Company at the Rose Theater.  So far my fellow interns and I have been pretty busy.  Right now I’m rehearsing for The Super Adventures of Nutrition Man and Dr. Exercise, a touring show that will go to local schools so kiddos can get their learnin’ on.  I’m playing a slew of colorful characters and having so much fun laughing along with my castmates.  I am also an understudy in the Rose’s season opener – Diary of a Worm, a Spider, and a Fly – which means I need to brush up on my rap skills.  That’s right.  Rap skills.  It’s pretty exciting.

This week I start teaching classes with real live children!  I’m so grateful to be embarking on this latest adventure.  It’s going to be a wonderful time.
